Arizona film blogger Hal Astell has been posting his reviews of Phoenix Film Festival selections for the last several years and has been a self-professed fan of "Parallax" director Paul DeNigris' work for some time. He's finally gotten through his reviews of this year's Arizona Shorts and closed with his stellar review of "Parallax."
At 22 minutes, it's an epic short film, with everything you might expect from a feature except length.
